The final piece of our partnership puzzle is our Marketing & Operations Director, Dave Riddile (@professorotubes). Dave has spent the last 6 years in the beer world working in marketing and operations roles and currently serves as the General Manager of @noanchorbar. Before he got paid for liking beer, Dave was a French Horn Professor, which will be very useful to us on Here Today’s anniversaries. A lot of you have been asking who our brewer will be and here’s your answer! Mario Cortes (@mars_brews_beer) is joining us after time spent at @harpoonbrewery, @karbachbrewing, and most recently @woodsbeer. Mario is an avid home cook, soccer fan, and he and his wife are especially excited to explore the Seattle art scene. It’s time to introduce our people to the world, starting with the one and only Chris Elford (@chriselford). • Chris is the creator of @heretodayseattle. You may remember him from influential Seattle bars such as the 2x James Beard nominated @noanchorbar and 2018’s Spirited Awards Best New American Cocktail Bar, @navystrengthseattle. When he isn’t looking at dogs in funny outfits on Insta, Chris is dreaming up the bar program for Here Today and is pumped to serve you in June of 2021.
